Listening & monitoring · Digimind pricing
Digimind pricing and Onclusive Social cost for social listening
The short answer
Digimind does not publish a price, and it no longer sells under its own name. digimind.com and digimind.com/pricing both redirect to onclusive.com, where the product is called Onclusive Social and every route ends in a demo request. The only outside figure is a software directory listing that starts Digimind Social at about EUR 15,000 a year, priced either on estimated monthly mention volume or on the number of queries you need a year. You pay for broad social coverage (including LinkedIn, TikTok and Threads), 24 months of history and a customer success team. If you mainly need alerts when news, Reddit and forums mention your brand, a self-serve tool with a published monthly price covers that for far less.
Search for Digimind pricing and page one is software directories, review roundups and a rival's blog. Several still describe Digimind as a standalone French vendor with its own pricing page. That page is gone. Type digimind.com into a browser today and you land on onclusive.com, because Onclusive bought Digimind in July 2022 and now sells the listening product as Onclusive Social.
For a buyer that changes two things. The contract, the renewal and the sales conversation now run through Onclusive, which also sells media monitoring, a media contacts database, analytics and broadcast monitoring, so expect the quote to arrive as part of a bigger bundle. And there is still no number on the site: Onclusive keeps no pricing page at all, so any figure you see comes from a directory or a negotiation, and this page labels each one with its source.

Why it works
Three things to know before you budget for Digimind
Digimind is sold as Onclusive Social
digimind.com and its old pricing URL redirect to onclusive.com. Onclusive bought Digimind in July 2022 and now presents the listening product as Onclusive Social, next to its media monitoring, media database, analytics and Critical Mention broadcast products. The quote, the contract and the renewal carry the Onclusive name.
No price on any page
Onclusive has no pricing page (onclusive.com/pricing returns a 404) and the Onclusive Social page offers Arrange a Demo, Book a Demo and Let's Chat. A software directory lists Digimind Social from about EUR 15,000 a year. Treat that as a floor for budgeting, not a quote, and note that it is in euros.
Volume or queries drive the bill
Influencer Marketing Hub describes two pricing models: an estimate of total monthly mentions with unlimited queries, or an estimate of the number of queries you need a year with unlimited mentions. Onclusive's own page promises unlimited searches and zero setup. Ask which model your quote uses before you compare it with anyone else.
What it handles
Watched, read and flagged twice an hour
EyeOut watches Google News, Reddit, Mastodon, Hacker News, Lemmy and podcasts for your brand, scores each mention for sentiment, rolls it up into a daily digest and share of voice, and alerts you when a real spike begins.
- A published price at every tier: $39, $94, $249 and $499 a month billed yearly, with no demo call before you see a number
- Monthly billing on every plan ($79, $189, $499 and $998), so there is no annual contract to sign before you know it works
- Billing in US dollars, with no euro list price to convert at renewal
- Google News, Reddit, Mastodon, Hacker News, Lemmy and Apple Podcasts collected every 30 minutes on every plan
- Crisis radar from Growth that flags a keyword when its mention volume or tone breaks from its own baseline
- Seats included in the plan price: 1 on Starter, 3 on Growth, 10 on Pro and 25 on Enterprise, with API access from Pro

How Digimind is sold now, what an Onclusive Social contract covers, and what the public figures tell you
digimind.com, onclusive.com, the Onclusive Social product page and onclusive.com/pricing were checked in October 2026. Where Onclusive publishes no price, this page says so and labels every outside figure with its source.
Digimind was a French social listening and market intelligence company that sold to large brands across Europe, North America and Asia. Onclusive, itself formed in January 2022 when Symphony Technology Group combined Kantar's former reputation intelligence business with PRgloo and the original Onclusive, bought Digimind in July 2022 and the US broadcast monitoring company Critical Mention the same year.
The listening product lives on as Onclusive Social. Onclusive describes it as covering all major networks, names Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads and LinkedIn as sources other tools struggle with, and claims 24 months of historical data with unlimited searches and zero setup. Sentinel, powered by its AI Sense models, sends alerts on spikes in negative sentiment, keywords, topics or hashtags. In Brief summarizes social content anywhere in the platform, and influencer identification is included.
None of that has a price beside it. That is normal for this end of the market (Brandwatch, Meltwater, Talkwalker and Quid do the same), so the useful questions are which parts of Onclusive Social your team would use, and whether any of them is available on a published plan.

How much does Digimind cost?
Digimind does not publish a cost, and neither does Onclusive, which now sells it as Onclusive Social. The number comes from a quote built on mention volume or query count, users, history and any modules you add.
The only public reference is a software directory listing that starts Digimind Social at about EUR 15,000 a year. Use it as a floor for budgeting, not as a quote.
Is Digimind now Onclusive?
Yes. Onclusive acquired Digimind in July 2022, and today digimind.com redirects to onclusive.com. The listening product is sold as Onclusive Social.
Existing customers renew with Onclusive, and a new quote may arrive bundled with Onclusive's media monitoring, media database or broadcast products.
Does Digimind have a free trial?
Not that Onclusive advertises. The Onclusive Social page offers Arrange a Demo, Book a Demo and Let's Chat, and no trial signup. One software directory says a free trial is available.
If a hands-on test matters, ask for a time-limited pilot on your own brand terms as part of the sales process and get its scope in writing.
How is Digimind priced?
According to Influencer Marketing Hub, on one of two models: an estimate of total monthly mentions with unlimited queries or topics, or an estimate of the number of queries you need a year with unlimited mentions.
Ask which model your quote uses. A mention-volume quote punishes a brand with sudden spikes, while a query-count quote punishes teams that track many products or competitors.
Who uses Digimind?
Digimind sold mainly to large consumer brands, retailers, hospitality groups and agencies, and Onclusive's customer stories for the product include Carrefour Italy, NH Hotel Group and Nando's Malaysia.
It suits marketing, PR and insights teams that need broad social coverage with history. It is heavier than a team needs for day-to-day brand mention alerts.
What is a good Digimind alternative?
It depends on the job. For enterprise social listening with licensed Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn data, the realistic alternatives are Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Meltwater, Sprinklr and Quid, all quote only.
For brand monitoring across news, Reddit, forums and podcasts with sentiment, share of voice and spike alerts, a published-price tool is a closer fit. EyeOut starts at $39 a month billed yearly and puts its crisis radar on Growth at $94.
What should I ask before signing an Onclusive Social contract?
Ask for the quote itemized by product and by data source, so you can see what Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn coverage adds. Ask which pricing model applies, how much history is included, and how many users and dashboards you get.
Then ask for US dollar billing, the term, the renewal notice period and a cap on the renewal increase.
