Short answer: Brand24 publishes five plans, priced per month on annual billing: Individual at $199, Team at $299, Pro at $399, Business at $599 and Enterprise from $1,499. Paying monthly costs $249, $349, $499 and $699 respectively. What separates the tiers is not features so much as three meters: keywords (3, 7, 12, 25), tracked mentions per month (2,000, 10,000, 40,000, 100,000) and how often the data updates. Individual refreshes every 12 hours, Team every hour, and real-time collection starts at the $399 Pro plan.

Brand24 pricing in 2026: every published plan

Brand24 is one of the more transparent vendors in this market, and not just because the prices are on the page. It states the data update interval on every single tier, which almost nobody else does. Awario, BuzzSumo, YouScan and Talkwalker publish no refresh interval anywhere at any price. That one column is the most useful thing on Brand24's pricing page.

How much does Brand24 cost for a typical team?

For one person monitoring a single brand name, $199 a month billed yearly, or $2,388 a year. For a marketing or PR team that needs several people in the tool and a handful of keywords, $299 a month, or $3,588 a year. Those two numbers cover most buyers who arrive at Brand24 from a search.

The jump most teams do not budget for is the one to Pro at $399, and it is rarely about features. It is about the clock. If you want mentions to arrive as they happen rather than on a schedule, Pro is where that starts, and $399 a month is $4,788 a year.

Why the refresh interval is the real difference between Brand24 plans

This is the part of Brand24's pricing that catches people out, so it is worth stating plainly. The $199 Individual plan updates every 12 hours. That means a complaint posted at 9am might not appear in your dashboard until the evening, and a story that breaks overnight lands in front of you the next morning.

For a lot of use cases that is genuinely fine. If you are tracking share of voice, watching a campaign's reception or building a monthly report, twice a day is plenty. But if the reason you are buying monitoring software is to catch problems early, a 12 hour window is the thing you are trying to eliminate, and buying the cheapest plan buys you the opposite.

Team at $299 tightens this to hourly. Real time starts at Pro, $399 a month. That figure is worth remembering because it is close to a market convention: BrandMentions also puts real-time collection on a $399 plan, and Mentionlytics reaches continuous collection at $299. Real time has a fairly consistent price in this industry, and it is not an entry-level price. We keep a full breakdown of where each vendor lands in our social listening pricing comparison.

What the keyword and mention meters actually cost you

Brand24 bills on two meters at once, and both can push you up a tier before you have finished your setup.

Three keywords sounds workable until you list what you actually want to track. A realistic setup for a mid-sized company is the brand name, the main product name, the CEO's name, two competitors and at least one common misspelling of the brand. That is six or seven keywords, which is the Team plan, not Individual. Misspellings matter more than people expect: complaints are typed fast and angry, and the spelling that ends up in a forum thread is frequently not the one on your homepage.

The mention cap is the second meter. Individual allows 2,000 tracked mentions a month, which is low compared to what other vendors put at entry level. Awario allows 30,000 mentions on a $29 plan. Mentionlytics allows 5,000 at $49. If your brand name is also a common word, or you track a competitor with heavy social volume, 2,000 mentions can be consumed in days, and mentions collected after the cap are simply not collected.

Where Brand24 is genuinely generous: seats

Credit where it is due. From the Team plan upward, Brand24 includes unlimited users. That is unusual and it matters, because per-seat pricing is how a $300 tool quietly becomes a $1,200 tool. Sprout Social, Hootsuite and Agorapulse all bill per seat, so the moment your PR lead, two social managers and a support supervisor need access, the arithmetic changes completely.

The caveat is that unlimited seats only helps if the people you add know what to do with the feed. A monitoring dashboard that five people can open and nobody is accountable for is a cost, not a capability, so it is worth writing down who owns escalation before you hand out logins. That is closer to an internal onboarding and process training problem than a software one, and it is the step most teams skip.

Does Brand24 have a free plan or a free trial?

Brand24 has no free plan. It offers a free trial, which is the standard route in, but the ongoing product starts at $199 a month billed yearly. If you are looking for permanently free monitoring, the honest answer is that Google Alerts is the only real option, and it covers indexed web pages only, has no sentiment analysis and arrives as a batched digest rather than an alert.

Is Brand24 worth it?

Brand24 is a mature, widely reviewed platform with broad source coverage, genuinely useful AI summaries and the most honest refresh-interval disclosure in the category. If your budget is $299 or more and you want a well-established tool, it is a sound choice and it earns its reputation.

The case against it is narrower than most comparison pages suggest, and it comes down to the entry tier. At $199 for three keywords, 2,000 mentions, one user and 12 hour updates, Individual is expensive for what it meters. Several dedicated monitoring tools start below $100 with more headroom on every one of those axes. So the fair summary is that Brand24 is strong from Team upward and weak at Individual, and buyers who compare only headline entry prices tend to reach the wrong conclusion in both directions.

Brand24 pricing compared to other monitoring tools

Mention deserves the footnote. Its pricing page renders a single Company Plan card reading "Starting at $" with the number missing, and states no keyword, mention or seat limits anywhere. That was true on August 1 and still true in mid August 2026, so it reads as a deliberate shift to quote-only selling. We compared the two directly in Mention vs Brand24.

How to decide which Brand24 plan you need

Work the three meters in order, and ignore the feature lists until you have.

First, write out every keyword you want tracked, including product names, executive names, competitors and at least one misspelling. If that list is longer than three, Individual is not your plan. Second, estimate monthly mention volume honestly, remembering that a competitor with a big social following can consume your cap on their own. Third, decide whether you need to know now or can wait 12 hours, because that single answer decides whether you are on a $199 plan or a $399 one.

If you run that exercise and land on Pro at $399 mainly to get real-time collection, it is worth checking what else is available at that price point before you commit, because real time is the one line item where the market varies most. Our comparison of brand monitoring tools lines up nineteen vendors on price and coverage, our guide to social listening software compares fifteen platforms on the unit each one meters, and if Brand24 specifically is not the fit, we cover the closest options in our Brand24 alternatives breakdown.
