Awario Pricing 2026: What Awario Costs on Every Plan

Awario pricing read from its own page in September 2026: Starter EUR 29, Pro EUR 89 and Enterprise EUR 249 a month billed annually, in euros rather than the dollars every roundup quotes. What each tier includes, which rows are switched off, the stored-mention cap, and the two numbers the page never publishes.

Short answer: Awario pricing is three plans billed in euros, not dollars: Starter at EUR 29 a month billed annually (EUR 49 monthly) for 3 topics, 30,000 new mentions a month and 1 user; Pro at EUR 89 (EUR 149 monthly) for 15 topics, 300,000 mentions and 10 users; and Enterprise at EUR 249 (EUR 399 monthly) for 100 topics, 1,000,000 mentions and unlimited users. Boolean search is on every plan, CSV export and PDF reports start on Pro, and white-label reports and the API are Enterprise only. Nearly every pricing roundup you will find quotes those same numbers with a dollar sign in front, and that is wrong: Awario's own page shows a euro symbol on every card.

Every figure below was read from awario.com/pricing on September 16, 2026, including the per-plan feature markers in the page's own markup, which is the only way to see which rows are switched off on which tier. Prices change, so confirm in a browser before you sign.

The page's toggle reads "Yearly (Save up to 40%)", and the arithmetic bears that out at the bottom of the ladder: Starter drops from EUR 49 to EUR 29, which is 41% off, Pro from EUR 149 to EUR 89 (40%), and Enterprise from EUR 399 to EUR 249 (38%). Annual billing is where Awario wants you, and the monthly rates are priced to make that obvious.

The currency, because almost every roundup gets it wrong

Search for Awario pricing and the first page is full of "$29, $89, $249". Awario's own pricing page shows EUR 29, EUR 89 and EUR 249, with a euro symbol on every card and no currency toggle at all. That is not a rounding quibble. The euro has traded above the dollar for most of the past decade, so a EUR 249 Enterprise plan bills a US card for more than $249 a month, and the annual total lands above the $2,988 the dollar roundups imply. Your card issuer adds a foreign transaction fee on top unless the card waives it, typically 1 to 3%.

Two practical consequences for a US buyer. First, budget the plan in dollars at the current rate plus the card fee, not at face value, and expect the number to drift month to month on monthly billing. Second, tell whoever books the expense that the invoice is in euros, because a finance team that pulls vendor invoices into the ledger automatically will otherwise book a EUR 249 line as $249 and spend a quarter wondering why the card statement disagrees. Annual billing at least fixes the rate once a year.

What each Awario plan actually buys

Starter, EUR 29 a month billed annually

Starter is a one-person plan. Three topics, where a topic is a group of keywords for one thing you are tracking, such as your brand or one competitor, and each topic can hold unlimited keywords, handles, hashtags or URLs. Awario will find up to 30,000 new mentions a month across all topics, but each topic stores only 5,000 results, and the FAQ says that when the store is full the oldest mentions are replaced by new ones. Boolean search is included, which is genuinely unusual at this price. What is switched off matters more: no CSV export, no PDF reports, no white-label, no API. You can read your mentions inside Awario and nowhere else.

Pro, EUR 89 a month billed annually

Pro is where Awario becomes a team tool. Fifteen topics, 300,000 new mentions a month, 15,000 stored per topic and 10 team members. CSV export and PDF reports switch on here, so this is the cheapest tier on which mention data can leave the platform or reach a client as a report. For a small agency running three or four clients with a competitor each, Pro is the realistic floor, and at EUR 1,068 a year it is still cheaper than one month of most enterprise platforms.

Enterprise, EUR 249 a month billed annually

Enterprise adds the two things agencies and larger teams tend to ask about first: white-label reports and API access, plus 100 topics, 1,000,000 new mentions a month, 50,000 stored per topic and unlimited team members. If you need to pipe Awario mentions into your own dashboard or warehouse, this is the only plan that allows it. Above Enterprise, the page offers a custom plan by contact.

The limits that decide your real tier

Three meters on Awario's page do more work than the headline price, and they are worth reading in this order.

Stored mentions per topic. The monthly allowance is generous, but the store per topic is not: 5,000, 15,000 and 50,000. A busy brand topic on Starter can fill 5,000 results in weeks, after which Awario overwrites the oldest. There is a small inconsistency on the page itself: the plan cards say 5,000 for Starter while the FAQ says plans store "from 3,000 to 50,000". Assume the smaller number if history matters to you, and confirm in writing.

Export. Starter cannot export at all. If the reason you are buying monitoring is to put a chart in a monthly report, Starter is the wrong plan no matter how cheap it looks, and the honest entry price for a reporting use case is EUR 89.

Seats. One seat on Starter, ten on Pro, unlimited on Enterprise. A two-person marketing team is on Pro from day one. Awario prices the workspace rather than the head, which is the model that keeps small teams' bills predictable; our social listening without per-seat pricing page compares the vendors that work this way.

What Awario does not publish

Two things a buyer usually wants are absent from the pricing page. The first is a data refresh interval. Awario does not say how often mentions are collected on each plan, where competitors like Brand24 state 12 hours, hourly or real time by tier. Ask before you buy if speed matters, because a monitoring tool that finds a complaint thread a day late has found it too late. The second is the trial length. The FAQ describes a free trial at Starter limits, no card required, with data kept 14 days after expiry, but the page itself does not state how many days the trial runs. Third-party roundups say 7 days; treat that as unverified.

Also worth knowing from the FAQ: Awario is a subscription billed monthly or annually, you cancel by contacting support rather than from a settings page, and there are no refunds for unused time. Payment methods include cards, PayPal, wire and local bank transfer.

Awario pricing compared with the alternatives

ToolEntry price, billed annuallyWhat the entry plan includesExport and API at entry?
AwarioEUR 29/mo3 topics, 30,000 mentions, 1 user, Boolean searchNo export until Pro, API Enterprise only
Brand24$199/mo3 keywords, 2,000 mentions, 1 user, updates every 12 hoursReports from Pro at $399, API an extra fee on Pro and Business
BrandMentions$79/mo5 keywords, 5,000 mentions, 1 user, daily updatesAPI Enterprise only

EyeOut$59/moReal-time collection, seats included, crisis radar, podcasts, forums and reviews as sourcesAPI with webhooks on the $399 Pro plan

Read against that table, Awario is the cheapest way to get Boolean-quality monitoring with a mention feed you read inside the tool. Its weakness is everything that happens after collection: no export until Pro, no stated refresh interval, and no alerting logic beyond the rules you write. The tier-by-tier comparison with Brand24 is in Brand24 vs Awario pricing, and the full list of what Awario covers and where EyeOut differs is on the Awario alternative page.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Awario cost?

Awario costs EUR 29, EUR 89 or EUR 249 a month billed annually for its Starter, Pro and Enterprise plans, or EUR 49, EUR 149 and EUR 399 billed monthly. The plans differ mainly in topics (3, 15, 100), monthly mentions (30,000, 300,000, 1,000,000) and seats (1, 10, unlimited). Custom plans above Enterprise are by contact.

Is Awario priced in dollars or euros?

Euros. Awario's pricing page shows a euro symbol on every plan card and offers no currency toggle. Most third-party roundups print the same figures with a dollar sign, which understates the cost for a US buyer by the exchange rate plus any foreign transaction fee on the card.

Does Awario have a free plan?

No. Awario has a free trial at Starter plan limits, meaning up to 3 alerts and 30,000 mentions, with no credit card required. When the trial ends the account expires without a charge and the data is kept for 14 days. There is no permanently free tier.

Which Awario plan includes the API?

Only Enterprise, at EUR 249 a month billed annually. The pricing page marks API access as unavailable on both Starter and Pro. White-label reports follow the same rule, so an agency that needs either one is on Enterprise regardless of how many topics it tracks.

Can I export mentions from Awario?

From Pro and Enterprise, yes, as a CSV file. Starter has no export and no PDF reports, which the FAQ confirms: the export option is available to Pro and Enterprise users. If your mentions need to leave the tool, EUR 89 a month billed annually is the real entry price.

Is Awario cheaper than Brand24?

Yes, at every tier. Awario Starter is EUR 29 against Brand24 Individual at $199, and Awario Enterprise at EUR 249 lands level with or below Brand24 Team at $299 depending on the exchange rate. Brand24 publishes its refresh interval per plan and covers more sources on its higher tiers, so the price gap buys something; whether it is something you need depends on how fast you need to hear about a mention.

How to decide

Buy Awario Starter if one person needs a cheap, Boolean-capable mention feed and never needs to export it. Buy Pro if a small team or agency needs reports and exports, and read the stored-mention cap before you do. Buy Enterprise for the API and white-label reports, not for the topic count. And if the reason you are shopping is that you want to hear about a problem while it is still small, ask Awario for its refresh interval in writing before you pay, because it is the one number the pricing page leaves out.

EyeOut is the option built around that last question. Collection is real time on every plan, including the $59 Starter, a crisis radar baselines each source separately and grades a spike by severity, and seats are included so a five-person team pays the same as one. It does not do historical backfill and it does not publish posts. Add your brand and it starts watching the same afternoon.
