Fanpage Karma Pricing and the Monitoring Add-On Cost

Fanpage Karma priced from its own plans page in US dollars: the one paid plan, every add-on per brand and per account, what social monitoring adds, worked yearly totals for three teams, and when a focused monitoring tool is the better buy.

Short answer: Fanpage Karma now sells one paid plan. Professional costs $35 a month billed yearly or $49 month to month in US dollars (EUR 29 and EUR 39), and it includes 3 users, unlimited brands and profiles, 12 months of analytics history and API access. Everything else is an add-on. Social monitoring of topics and sources is a separate account-wide add-on from $69 a month, extra users are $12 each, and the Teamwork and Insights bundle is $49 per brand. A free plan covers 1 user and 1 brand with 30 days of history.

Every figure here was read from Fanpage Karma's own plans page at app.fanpagekarma.com/plans on October 9, 2026, in both the USD and EUR views, with yearly and monthly billing. Enterprise and the monitoring add-on beyond its starting price are quote-based, and this article does not invent a number for either.

The four add-ons inside the bundle can also be bought one by one, per brand: Editorial Workflows $12, Team Inbox $12, Benchmarking and Content Analysis $25, and Reporting and Sharing $12 a month on yearly billing, which adds up to $61 against the bundle's $49. The page applies a further 10% discount on bundles from 5 brands, 15% from 10 and 20% from 20.

The old Bronze, Silver, Gold ladder is gone

If you priced Fanpage Karma from a directory or a competitor's blog, you probably saw a five-step ladder: Starter around $19, then Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum at roughly $69, $199, $299 and $799 a month. None of those plan names appear on the current plans page. Fanpage Karma rebuilt its pricing around a single base plan with the headline "Unlimited profiles. Unlimited brands. One price.", and moved the features that used to separate the tiers into add-ons you switch on for the brands that need them.

For a buyer this cuts both ways. A small team that only needs analytics and publishing for a handful of brands now pays far less than the old middle tiers. A team that needs monitoring, extra seats, approvals and white-label reports for several clients pays per add-on, and the total can climb past the old Silver price if you are not counting.

What social monitoring costs on Fanpage Karma

This is the part most comparison pages skip. Fanpage Karma is first a social media analytics and management tool: it measures your own profiles and your competitors' profiles, schedules posts and runs a shared inbox. Listening to what people say about you elsewhere is not in Professional. It is the Monitoring add-on, priced for the whole account "from" $69 a month in USD (EUR 49), and the "from" means the final number depends on the topics and sources you set up.

Fanpage Karma's monitoring page describes tracking brand mentions on the web with analytics drawn from 460 million sources and sentiment analysis across positive, neutral and negative mentions. It offers both a free trial and a demo booking from that page. What the plans page does not publish is a mention cap, a refresh interval or the price above the starting tier, so ask for those three numbers before you commit.

So the realistic floor for Fanpage Karma with listening is $35 plus $69, or $104 a month on yearly billing, which is $1,248 a year for 3 users. If you also need one more user and the Teamwork and Insights bundle on two client brands, the bill becomes $35 + $69 + $12 + $98 = $214 a month, or $2,568 a year.

Worked examples for three kinds of teams

TeamWhat they buyMonthly (yearly billing)Per year
In-house social manager, one brandProfessional$35$420
Marketing team of four that also wants listeningProfessional, Monitoring from $69, 1 extra user$116$1,392
Agency with 6 users and 5 client brands on approvals and reportsProfessional, 3 extra users, bundle on 5 brands with 10% off, Global White Label$35 + $36 + $220.50 + $169 = $460.50$5,526

The agency row shows where the model gets expensive. The base plan is cheap, but per-brand add-ons scale with the client list, and white label alone costs more than four times the base plan. Agencies pricing a full year should also look at our comparison of social listening tools for agencies, because several rivals include seats and white label in one published tier.

The agency row also assumes the agency produces its own content. Fanpage Karma's Discovery add-on helps you research influencers and posts, but if the real gap is people to make the videos, a marketplace where brands hire vetted UGC creators solves a different problem than another analytics seat.

Is Fanpage Karma worth it compared to Sprout Social, Hootsuite and Agorapulse?

On price per seat for analytics and publishing, Fanpage Karma is hard to beat. Professional covers 3 users for $35 a month on yearly billing. Sprout Social starts at $79 per seat on Essentials and puts its Listening module on an unpriced add-on from Standard up, as we cover in Sprout Social listening pricing. Hootsuite runs $99, $199 and $399 per user a month on yearly billing, with alerts and historical listening reserved for Enterprise. Agorapulse charges $79, $119 and $149 per user and sells Advanced Listening as a demo-gated add-on.

All four put listening behind an add-on or an enterprise tier. Fanpage Karma is the only one of them that prints a starting price for that add-on, which makes it the easiest of the four to budget. The full set of published listening prices sits on our social listening pricing comparison.

Does Fanpage Karma have a free plan or a free trial?

Both. The Free plan has no time limit and needs no credit card, but it is tight: 1 user, 1 brand, 5 owned and 5 competitor profiles, 50 posts a month and 30 days of history in one dashboard. The paid features, including monitoring, can be tried through the "Start Free Trial" buttons across the site. The plans page does not state the trial length, so confirm it at signup.

Can you cancel Fanpage Karma add-ons?

Yes. The plans page FAQ says add-ons apply only for the selected billing period and can be adjusted for the next period, and that the Professional base plan is unaffected. On yearly billing that means an add-on you stop needing still runs to the end of the year, so switch on monitoring and white label monthly first if you are not sure you will keep them.

Who should buy Fanpage Karma

  • Buy it if your job is measuring and publishing on your own social profiles and benchmarking competitor profiles, especially across many brands, and you want a low base price with 3 users included.
  • Add Monitoring if you also want topic and brand mention tracking in the same dashboard and the starting price fits after you get the mention and refresh limits in writing.
  • Look elsewhere if listening is the main job and analytics is secondary. Paying for a management suite to reach its monitoring add-on is the long way round.

A focused option when the job is brand monitoring

Plenty of people pricing Fanpage Karma are really pricing its Monitoring add-on. They want to know when a news story, a Reddit thread or a podcast mentions the company, and how the tone is moving, without buying another publishing tool.

That is what EyeOut does. It watches Google News, Reddit, Mastodon, Hacker News, Lemmy and Apple Podcasts every 30 minutes, scores every mention for sentiment, and from Growth up runs a crisis radar that flags a keyword when its last 24 hours break from its own baseline. Prices are published in full: $39, $94, $249 and $499 a month billed yearly, with 1, 3, 10 and 25 seats included, and API access from Pro. You can see how it fits next to a social suite on our social media monitoring tool page.

EyeOut has gaps, and it says so. It does not measure your own social profiles, publish posts, or cover X, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or LinkedIn. If those are where the work is, Fanpage Karma Professional is a sensible buy. If the work is catching mentions on news, forums and podcasts, a monitoring tool does it with less spend.

Questions to ask Fanpage Karma before you sign

Ask what the Monitoring add-on costs for your exact topics and sources above the $69 starting price, how many mentions it collects a month, and how often it refreshes. Ask whether the extra-user price applies to guest users or only full logins, since several add-ons include unlimited guest users. And if you bill clients in dollars, confirm which currency your invoice uses, because the euro and dollar figures on the page are set separately rather than converted.
